Part-Time Office Administrator Position
Are you seeking a part-time role that fits seamlessly with your busy schedule? Our Church Administration is currently looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join the team at our Kingaroy office. This position is ideal for an experienced office administrator who is interested in up to ten hours of work per fortnight (negotiable), supporting the Administration team with various duties.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing office operations and performing administrative tasks
· Handling correspondence and responding to emails
· Supporting team members with scheduling and documentation needs
· Maintaining office supplies and ensuring equipment is in good order
· Overseeing and maintaining data entry as well as record keeping
